The next day Thursday, May 30, had me touring the Oceanarium de Lisboa which was amazing! The penguins and the otters were so adorable!

After the Oceanarium, I took a walk around the Jardins da Agua (Water Gardens) and rode the Cable Car to the Doca dos Olivais (Olive Grove Dock). I wandered into the Casino de Lisboa and lost my remaining 5 euros.

I collected my things from the hostel and returned to the airport where I found a secluded corner to sleep in until I could board my flight home. And that dear reader, concludes my first solo backpacking trip to Portugal!
